How Do I Order?
Step 1: Select a Size (if appropriate) for the product you want embroidered.

Step 2: Select a Color for the the product you want embroidered.

Step 3: Click the "Add to Cart" button once for each product of that size and color you'd like to place in your shopping cart. To order more than one of the same product, but change the size and/or color, select a new size or color in the menu and click "Add to Cart" again.
If you make a mistake: Check the Remove Item box in the PayPal shopping cart, then click "Update Cart". Then click "Continue Shopping".
Please note that the priced charged to your shopping cart is for the product only, not the embroidery. Embroidery pricing is charged when you select embroidery.

Step 4: Click on one of the Personalization choices.
(Skip this step if you don't want a Personalization.)

Step 5: Select an Embroidery Design. Click on any "Embroidery Designs" link. Then select one or more designs. If you have several products in your cart, you'll be able to specify which designs and products go together.

Gift Wrapping: You can add gift wrapping to any item from the bottom of any page where it appears. Just make sure you specify the product in the box provided. Also, please check your shopping cart before you checkout to make sure you haven't duplicated any gift wrapping.
Here's How Pricing Works
To handle the complexities of custom embroidery we charge for the product and the embroidery separately. Here's how:
  • When you choose a Product, the Product Price is charged, whatever it may be.
  • When you choose a Personalization (name or slogan,) you have two choices:
    • Name or Slogan Only (1 - 2 inches high) at $6.00 per name.
    • Name or Slogan (approx. 1/2 inch) with a Design at $.25 per name.
  • When you choose an Embroidery Design, you are charged $6.00 per design.
Example #1 (Shirt with Design and Small Name):

Short Sleeve Denim Shirt in Youth size Large $16.00
Design: Stick Kids #CH0491                                $6.00
Personalization: Matthew                                     $.25

Total:                                                                  $22.25
 
Example #2 (Shirt with Large Name Only-No Design):

Short Sleeve Denim Shirt in Youth size Large $16.00
Personalization: Matthew                                    $6.00

Total:                                                                  $22.00

Sales Tax and Shipping Charges
6% Sales Tax will be added to the price of all products for orders with a Michigan Billing Address.

Shipping & Handling charges are assessed at checkout and are based upon the total amount of your order, excluding the cost of designs and personalizations. Shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
Shipping Times
Unless your custom order is complex or large, you can expect us to complete and ship your items in 2 weeks from the date of your order.
During peak holiday times, ship times may be longer. Please be sure to order early, especially at Christmas. Contact us about our "Express Delivery" if you need your order rushed.
