How to Order
Step 1: Select a Lettering Style from the choices below.
Step 2: Enter the Design Number you'd like the Personalization stitched with, and
            Enter your Personalization IN THE SAME BOX. For example, WT0239 / Michael.
Step 3: Choose a Placement from the drop-down menu.
Step 4: Click on “Add to Cart” button. (You'll be taken to your PayPal shopping cart.)
Step 5: Click on the “Continue Shopping” button in the PayPal window. (You'll return here.) Or click on "Checkout" if you're done shopping.

NOTE: If you haven't chosen a Design, you should do that first. Then click the "Add Name or Slogan" button to come back here. Click on: Embroidery Designs to begin viewing and choosing designs.

Lettering Style - With Multiple Designs
Personalizations with multiple designs are $.25 for each name or slogan plus the cost of the design it is stitched with.
Total cost of Personalization with Design is $6.25.
(Letters are approximately 1/2 inch high, depending on the number of designs desired and the size of the item they are stitched upon.)

(The cost of one design is added when you choose your design.)

Did You Forget Gift Wrapping?
Gift Wrapping is done at $5.00 per item.
Please enter the name of the product you would like gift wrapped and, if desired, a short greeting for a gift card. Then click the "Add to Cart" button. If you'd like more than one product gift wrapped, just repeat the process for each product.

Short greeting for Gift Card (200 Char. max.)
Thread Colors
We will choose a coordinating color out of our many beautiful threads to use for your personalization. If you would like a specific color, please tell us so in the "Additional Instructions" box at checkout.
Shipping Times
Unless your custom order is complex or large, you can expect us to complete and ship your items in 2 weeks from the date of your order.
During peak holiday times, ship times may be longer. Please be sure to order early, especially at Christmas. Contact us about our "Express Delivery" if you need your order rushed.
